LECO TC-436 Oxygen Nitrogen Determinator

Nitrogen is sometimes required for testing. Stainless steels typically require nitrogen testing if the material has a maximum or minimum nitrogen requirement in the alloy requirements.  CMS performs this testing on a specific LECO Combustion Nitrogen/Oxygen unit. CMS uses a LECO TC-436 Nitrogen-Oxygen determinator to perform analysis on metal samples. The range of this machine can accurately measure nitrogen from 0 ppm to 5000 ppm or .00%-.50% ranges. The accuracy of this machine is ±2 ppm or ±3% whichever is greater. Samples can be introduced in solid, milling or powder form. It can determine nitrogen content in iron, steel, slag, and other ferrous or non-ferrous materials. This testing is the most accurate way of testing nitrogen content in materials. CMS uses a LECO TC-436 Nitrogen-Oxygen determinator to perform analysis on metal samples. The range of this machine can accurately measure Oxygen from 0 ppm to 1000 ppm or .00%-.10% ranges. The accuracy of this machine is ±2 ppm or ±2% whichever is greater. Samples can be introduced in solid, milling, or powder form. It can determine oxygen content in iron, steel, and other ferrous or non-ferrous materials. This testing is the most accurate way of testing Oxygen content in materials.
